The Local Centre

The Local Centre is being constructed and will provide shops and apartments opposite the new Primary School.


Bus Gates on A38

These bus gates on the A38 are required to ensure the safety of the children attending the new Primary School. The application for the Primary School is progressing, and the installation of the bus gates will be part of the traffic management scheme for the school.


Flood Risk and Drainage

The Parish Council has been working to raise the issue of flooding on the A3259 at the junction of Blundells Lane and further work is anticipated in this area. Other flooding ‘hotspots’ are known and monitored.  Bathpool will be part of the Taunton Deane Strategic Infrastructure Flood Plan.
